Return window

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tubs and broken seals cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or not genuine.

Damaged or wrong items

Send photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we arrange a free pickup and replacement.

Refund timing

Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
